I highly recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for motivation to get moving. I had been leading a pretty sedentary life for a long time, was overweight and very unfit. Stefanie took the time to get to know me and structured a fitness plan accordingly. Classes with Stefanie fly by as they are so enjoyable. I never feel overwhelmed, but by the end, there is always a sense of achievement as she has encouraged me to do more than I thought possible. She will change things up to keep it exciting, and so sometimes we walk or work outside, and during the lockdown, we did classes via Skype, which worked really well.
